What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your parcel hasnโt arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team. Weโll help track your order and liaise with the courier to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
Can I track my order?

Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging for a refund or store credit to be issued.
How do I start a return?

Can I return an item if Iโve used it?
Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare, makeup, or cosmetic items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the item and packaging. Weโll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
