When will my order be shipped?

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Absolutely! We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Orders are packed with care and dispatched quickly from our Australian warehouse.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Express options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.

What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We’ll help track your order and liaise with the courier to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Can I track my order?

Do you offer same day delivery?

YES! Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm.

If your order is placed after 1pm, please expect for your package to be delivered the following business day!

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging for a refund or store credit to be issued.

How do I start a return?

Can I return an item if I’ve used it?

Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare, makeup, or cosmetic items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
