How to use
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry feet before use.
  2. Apply one patch to each heel, pressing firmly to adhere.
  3. Leave on overnight (or at least 6-8 hours).
  4. Remove in the morning and gently massage in any remaining residue.
  5. Use 1-2 times per week, or as needed.
